      Application

I interviewed at Coosto in Nov 2024

      Interview

I applied for this role months ago, was rejected, and then unexpectedly contacted when the role reopened. After two very positive interviews, they told me the position was put on hold due to a "hiring freeze," and then, weeks later, canceled the role completely. I responded warmly, and a week after, they let me know that now, they decided to reopen the role for me, saying I had the first shot since they are enthusiastic about me. I proceeded with a third interview, which they specifically required me to attend in person, involving a two-hour train ride and significant personal expenses. The interview went well, and everything seemed positive. But the next day, they posted the job online again, and hours later, they emailed me saying they now had "more candidates" and wanted a fourth interview in two weeks. They had no problem looking for other candidates while I waited, and when I asked if it could be scheduled earlier, they refused. In the end, they rejected me, claiming that I didn’t match their “design style” and wasn't a good “cultural fit,” even though they had already known my design style and myself for months. This felt like an excuse, especially after dragging me through a 3-month process when they had all the information about me from the start. Their false promises, lack of loyalty, and dishonesty were frustrating and disappointing. It became clear that they were stalling and wasting my time, without a real intent of hiring me. Tip to Candidates: This company is indecisive, unprofessional, and wastes your time. Avoid getting caught in their unreliable process! They have no idea what they want - they had zero respect for me, and probably to others as well.

      Question 1

Too many questions. Too many emails. Too many interviews with false promises. No one professional decision.
