Interview
I should check into glassdoor before applying. The whole experience has been unprofessional with quick changes of schedules. The process consisted in 4 steps. 1st step: HR interview; 2nd step: Hiring Manager interview, 3rd step: build up a powerpoint presentation and a business case analysis that took a while to be done. Despite all the good presention (as I got this feedback afterwards) and an accurate analysis I've been told that they won't follow up with me for silly reasons and excuses. Along with the hiring manager there was a very young employee with a resume not comporable with an account manager with years of experience. Moreover the HR english was terrible and really hard to understand over the phone. Definitely a company to stay away from as you can check other Customer Success Manager interviews here on glassdoor.

The process was well structures, communication was consistent and each stage was designed to show off my relevant skills. The task stage was really beneficial when it came to supporting my application as it enabled me to put a lot of my experience into practice and demonstrate my capabilities .

It was a 4 step process interviewing with representatives at multiple levels of the Customer Success Organisation both online and in person interviews with a presentation.
They came across very welcoming and the questions and meetings flowed nicely. The internal recruiter kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
