The interview process allowed me to see how the culture would be and I was happy and felt great from the beginning of that year. Seeing how the principal was willing to hear me, see if there was anything I needed, made me realize how important it was for me to take this role.

The interview process consists of answering multiple questions via phone call. Thinking about behavioral stories to represent who you are as an educator. It also consists of a demo lesson. Then the administrators will provide feedback which gives you insight on the school culture and leadership! References are needed.
