Had a digital interview with two people. One of themwas a HR representative, and the other was in a leadership position with engineering background. They asked questions about my background, my interests, why I want to work for Computas and more.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Computas (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied for a software developer position at Computas, but their job ad was unclear. I mentioned my experience in front-end development, but they gave me a back-end development task. Despite this, I completed the task in the front end, and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview to review my work. During the interview, I was apprehensive since I lack back-end development experience. However, the interviewer was impressed with my work and seemed pleased with my approach to the task. I followed up with them via email, but it's been over ten days, and I still haven't heard back from them. Overall, I'm not sure what to make of the experience. While I'm pleased that they seemed impressed with my work, I don't think I'm the best candidate for the job given my lack of back-end experience. Nonetheless, I'm keeping an open mind and remaining optimistic about the opportunity.

Interview
You have a HR meeting with the usual questions. 2 technical interviews: technical discussion with a senior from Computas and then one from the client. The first one is not hard, it’s based on your experience and to get an overview. The second one depends on the client.
