Interview
After an initial phone interview I took a battery of tests that helped to assess how I fit into the organization & it’s culture. I greatly appreciated that, as I know one hire who is a bad fit can cause irreparable damage. The live interview was a natural conclusion in that the groundwork had already been laid.
I was impressed that much emphasis was placed on the nature of their culture as a “team” as opposed to a unapproachable hierarchy.

The process was really easy. First you are interviewed on the phone and if you pass they call you to come for one on one interview and after a week they let you know if you are accepted or rejected. The process was really easy and was offer a intern position.
