The interviews themselves were fairly standard: begin with a phone interview, meeting with the director and team in person (as well as CEO), several other phone conversations with other people in the organization.
I was told I was one of the final two candidates, then I NEVER heard anything from the manager ever again. I followed up several times and did not receive a response.
I think it is incredibly disrespectful to interview a candidate 4+ times, tell them they're one of two final candidates, and then never let them know that they obviously chose the other candidate.
