Interview
I applied online and was sent confirmation right away. About one week later, I received an assessment test link which consisted of personality questions and a customer service call center simulation. It required you to listen to calls and take information down. It is also timed.

Interview
It was extensive. It takes about a month, then they interview you or about 45 minutes to an hour, with a supervisor and then a manager. If you only interview with the supervisor and they say thank you, but you dont get to speak to a manager you did not get hired.

You have to go the Comcast call center, then they make do a iq test if you pass u r offer an interview...then you are offer a job. They give u a form to take it for drug testing, they check ur background
