You submit an assignment answering user questions or feedback and then you get scheduled for an interview with the GM. You’ll receive feedback within the week.The GM is really sweet and nice and interested in knowing who you are.They are big on personality fits as they have a well-curated company culture.
It's an online interview and an assignment. The assignment can be specific to what you have applied for. The hiring team is very nice and you are made to feel comfortable.

Tell me about yourself and why you think you'd fit at Cognician.
Very long interview process (5 stages). Interviewees are nice and the interview is more like an informal conversation which was quite pleasant., However, they lack internal communication. I have been told I passed to the next stage during the interview, to be emailed later on that I actually did not.
