Take 1 to 4 rounds according to process(company). First round with HR in this the HR will select you or reject you based on your communication. They just check your communication skills and depending on your communication skill they select you.
The interview process was very simple. Hiring Manager asked about what is the BPO and how you came across this process and wanted to know more about the Oyo process and them the versant test to sum it all up
