Interview
1. Online application: upload CV and answer 3 questions, each of 150 words maximum. The questions are why Cobham Graduate development programme, what are your career goals and why should Cobham offer you the opportunity.
2. On-Demand Video Interview. 30 seconds to think, 3 mins to answer each question.
3. Assessments: Numerical Reasoning (25 minutes) and Verbal Reasoning (18 minutes) tests.

Question 1
When was the last time you were disappointed in your own performance? Why was this? What steps have you taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again?
The first step was the Video interview, consisting of a number of questions that gave you 30 seconds to come up with an answer and communicate it to the camera. This was required to get onto the psychometric test step.
