This was the best interview process I’ve ever experienced. Communication from Lance was clear and consistent throughout, keeping me informed at every stage. He was always available for a chat when needed and proactively updated me whenever timelines changed. The whole process felt well organised and transparent.

This was a three step interview. First a Screening Interview with the Recruiter, Followed a video call with the Hiring Manager. Where the questions where a lot around my background. Finally a Face to face 2nd stage, where the questions are very much more on the job questions.
