Civitas Media interview questions

I was given a writing test via email and talked with 1-2 mangers on the phone. I arrived for an interview, but it was incredibly informal. The interviewer wore jeans shorts and a t-shirt.

Very easy phone call. Asked what my strengths and weakness were. What my favorite newspaper was. Told me the specifics of the job and asked when i could start. It was a really easy interview and it only took a few minutes over the phone. they told me the hours and what i would be doing and that was about it. very easy.
