Interview
After first round interview with HR, I had the second round interview with two senior quants. HR interview was easy. Very basic questions about resume. For second round intereview, there were a little questions about resume and some technical questions.

Phone interview with HR, questions on why I applied etc. phone interview with a quantitative analyst. Mostly questions about experience. On site interview after that. Meeting with team members. Similar background and experience questions

it's a phone interview with 3 ppl, and each of them ask me questions for 15mins.They also discuss the benefit and stuff like that. I think they do value personality a lot. The questions are very basic very heavy on statistics
