gave 2 rounds of interviews. first with the hiring manager and a stakeholder team project manager in the panel. good interview with a healthy conversation and mostly based on scenarios and the choices i would make in agile environment. second was with a unrelated people manager who has nothing to do with the team. mostly had people management and IT related questions for a non people manager role in project management. Didnt let me take a moment to think to answer. was very impatient and uninterested in taking the interview. i didnt understand why interviewing him was included in the process. mostly unrelated questions and very bad interview.

Overall the process was super simple. Little to no discussion regarding the actual day to day activities. They were more interested in my personality and previous experience than anything else. Didn't feel like I got a complete picture of their business plans.
