I arrived right on time and was told to go to the back room where the store manager was waiting. After exchanging pleasantries, she asked me to tell me about myself, which i did. She then proceeded to ask me about my customer service experience. After this, I took a skills review test to conclude the interview. Overall, it was a pretty laid back interview with moderate level of preparation required.

if you work their stores through an app on your phone called Shiftsmart it greatly improves your chances of being hired as the app has merchandiser roles and cleaner roles and you learn their processes of store cleaning and stocking coolers ect...

It was great I liked the fact that questions actually related to the job and they made you feel comfortable and it it was in a back room closet do that was a little different but it is a gas station not sure why they didn’t have a office ir something

Quick and easy interview process, didn’t take long at all. They needed a new overnight person and I accepted. The manager was friendly and funny, overall was not a terrible experience.
