First day, started with a phone interview with HR (30 minutes).
3 days later, second phone interview with VP of Development (almost an hour).
7 days later, In person interview with CEO and VP of Development (45 minutes - 1 hour).
Same day, In person interview / skill test with lead developer (programming on the white board). (Almost an hour and a half)
Next day, A pair of online skills tests with content so obscure even the most skilled programmers would have struggled. (30 minutes each)
5 days later, a phone call from HR stating they will be moving on with a more experienced candidate, but would like me to work on contract with some other project. They then proceeded to repost the job ad on their website. So much for the waste of my time with no reimbursement.
