I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Jackson, MS) in May 2013
Interview
I had 5 interviews. You have to interview with every type of person that would be in a leadership posisition at your location/region. First with hiring manager on a phone call then the GM/HR of a differnt division, the location's GM, the hiring manager 1:1 then the regional director. Some have the interview with the VP of sales.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
