Send resume to district. District sets up interview with individual organization. Organization does a "board" interview. If the board has a 2/3 positive vote, your candidacy will be presented to the organization at large for a vote.
- You will face the typical interview questions such as, "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" And other questions that revolve around your own daily spiritual disciplines. Also look for questions for your spouse. They want to make sure that you spouse is on board as well. Be honest, and encourage honesty from your mate as well.
