Very interested in me as a candidate. Lots of discussion of the opportunity and great environment. Gave detailed description of the role, hour needs, flexibility, etc. All of that went out the window when asked for clarification of the contract language, which claims essentially all of one's intellectual property as their own. Verbally refused to provide any clarification of any contract language, which 9 suppose is par for the course for these predatory VC/PE organizations trying to get in and dominate the industry. Not for me.

I was contacted by a recruiter. After two screening interviews, I was never contacted again. Then a second recruiter reached out. Both times were fine but no follow up then contacted again.

Interview
I had the 1st interview with HR and the the second with the team lead I'd be working with. This was a strange interview as it seems almost cult like.
The team leader talked about CH is the best place she's worked but when I asked what makes it's different she could only say I would know after working there for 2 weeks.
She also didn't know anything about me or my qualification. As if she didn't read my resume. Weird.
After the interview she told me I got the job and then I just received and email that I didn't. This company is very unprofessional and seems sketchy to be honest.
