I applied online and heard from a recruiter within a weeks time.. I had 4 rounds of interviews - recruiter, hiring manager, a director and then another director over the manager about a day or week apart. The interview were behavior type of questions. I thought it was interesting how I received a call from the recruiter telling me I didn't get the position, a email from her and then the automated notification. Whats interesting was the feedback I was given was that I had alot of good experience but more systems experience of which they weren't seeking. Well that same day I looked and saw a job posting for a HR Systems Lead position and I went to try to apply to it and received a message that I already had applied to it. So I looked at the WFA position that I originally applied to on their website and they just updated the job title on it and added in a little updates on the job description. So I felt like they wasted my time to only be given feedback and they update the position to exactly what they said I had too much of. Then to receive a candidate experience survey asking how my candidate experience was.
