Online, video based and psychometric eval, followed by case study, L2 interview and then HR. It is a long process, takes about 3 weeks. In the technical interview your depth of skills are tested. The earlier interviews are to check culture and organisation fit.

The communication during the hiring process is quite delayed. You have to constantly reach out to HR to seek results of the first round and later reach out to schedule the next one.
