First went to take a test. There were two test. Number/Alphanumeric test, and adding number patterns test. You’re required to pass the test with 9,000 keystrokes per hour ( 36 WPM) with 98% accuracy. The first time I took the test I had 8,500 KPH with proficient accuracy but the keystrokes needed to be matched as well. They let me come back a second time to retake the test and I passed. After passing the test, I had to set up a time for an interview to meet with the supervisor. The interview went really well. Questions consisted of what your experience is like and management made it very clear of what the roll consisted of. After the interview, I had to give five references. The references had to fill out a questionnaire and along with a background check. A week later I learned I was offered the job. The first 90 days are onsite training. There’s a certain number test and modules you have to complete to make sure you’re fit for the position. The team here at Cass Information Systems is understanding and helpful. You’re allowed to dress in jeans and presentable shirt while being in onsite training. After that, you’re able to work from home at your own time for your flexibility.
