I applied online. I interviewed at Carter's (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
I was asked basic questions referring to my experience and personal reasons why I felt the position was a good fit for me. The questions seemed pretty simple, the interviewer didn't seem very interested in the interview.

Question 1
What was a time you had to cater to a guest/customer?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
