Started with an initial phone screen to assess personality. It took a while to get to the interview itself. The interview was very basic, and almost a little too cookie-cutter. I felt I wasn't able to display my skills, and wish they planned something more elaborate for demonstrating my ability as a software engineer. Compared to other interviews, I left feeling like they didn't try very hard to assess me.
