Initial phone screening with recruiter and then a week later received a call to schedule video interview. It's been almost 2 weeks and the workday candidate page still has no update. Ghosted by the recruiter as well. An email or return call about an update would be more professional than ghosting the candidate. Says a lot about the company.

You get a call to see what day and time is good for both parties. Then you have a 45 minute interview. Make sure you have some questions for them also.
