Definitely taking this review to heart as sounds like we missed on a number of standards that we’ve strived to make foundational in the Talent team. Sincere apologies for your experience and what must feel like a disrespect of your time and candidacy. We certainly owe(d) you our undivided attention, as well as timely, helpful feedback and context throughout. Beyond best practices, a key priority has been to build a TA team representative of the diverse and inclusive company we are striving to build. While we are proud of our progress so far, this will always be a key focus.
