Our interviewing process does consist of 3 interviews to finalize the hiring process. As stated in the initial phone conversation that took place prior to setting up your interview, the first initial interview is a "quick meeting" to further discuss the requirements and pay for the position and to see if it would be a good match on both ends and if you felt this is a good fit, you will be coming back for your second round interview. Also in your job description, you are able to see the hourly rate plus the bonus structor . Also, we're an accredited business with the BBB and all of our employees are W4 and I-9 employees, so everyone gets paid for the work they do here. As you probably know Multi Level Marketings can't have access to W4 and I-9s.
