Interview
Several interviews first with hiring manager and then a rocket day. The focus of the interview was not on the actual job. They seem to be focused on behavioral fit and process is excessive with a verbal and written argument again unrelated to the actual work.

Interview
Initial screening interview with HR. asked to take a reading and math assessment, along with a personality test. I passed those and was invited in for a power day - seven one hour long interviews. Took several weeks to get back. Process was very professional.
