For the first round case interview I was provided 3 different services in advance (2 existing in capital one and 1 hypothetical that required market research). On the day of they selected one and we spent roughly an hour discussing. For the final round "power day" there were 4 different interviews: Business Analytics (mathematical equations that allow you to make a recommendation), Product Design (wide scope product design), Product Skills (discuss product life cycle of a real product you have experience with), and Job Fit. My HR rep did a great job preparing me for those, she called about a week in advance and walked me through what the steps would be. Overall, the interviewers were very easy to talk to and would lead me in the right direction of what they're looking for if I was off track. Again, my only frustration comes from the amount of time invested without any real feedback.
