Interview
A good, in-depth interview provided a thorough exploration of the subject matter, delving into both surface-level details and underlying complexities. The interviewer asked thoughtful, open-ended questions that encouraged the interviewee to share personal insights, experiences, and perspectives. This type of interview fostered a meaningful dialogue, allowing for a deeper understanding of the topic at hand. The conversation flowed naturally, with both parties engaged, and the interviewer actively listened, prompting further discussion with follow-up questions. Ultimately, the result was a rich, comprehensive exchange that offered valuable information and a nuanced view
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Assignments (Sea Point) in Feb 2021
Interview
Ridiculous rounds of interviews. There is no standardized procedure for in-house recruitment. Myself and two other friends applied to this company. All of us were asked to go in the office and perform unpaid 9am-5pm "trial days" of free work for this company. I attended 2 trial days and asked to complete tasks according to an agenda that I later gathered was not structured. When I met with the CEO of this company, she had changed the agenda that was put out for me. She verbally and publicly scolds her colleagues, which left a lot of room for embarrassment. Needless to say due this funny practice and lack of structure I received no feedback to my status of application.
