I applied to the London office. Online application -> Online tests -> 1st round telephone interview process. Up to this stage it took around 2 weeks. Interviewer was very informative of what was going to happen within the interview and about the programme I had applied to. Questions asked: Are you aware of the travel commitment associated with this role? Why consulting? Why Capgemini Consulting? Describe a time you were part of a team and were successful. Describe a time when you have not achieved something and been disappointed? How did you deal with your disappointment? Give me an example of a time when you adapted to change, what did you learn, what was the outcome? Give me an example of a time when you were in a team and you faced a difficult task? What was the outcome? The interviewer than asked if I had any questions. Done.
