1. Conversation about financial expectation.
2. Technical conversation and your prons and cons.
3. Task to complete within 24h

Hiring process in Capgemini is very long. There would be three round
1. Basic technical
2. Advanced technical
3. MCQ
Advanced technical round will be very lengthy session compared to others

Interview
Very poor, they don't go by candidate profile, they have there own calculation. If they decide to reject you, will ask more irrelevant questions. HR are very un informed, interviews are just a joke they have very poor management
