Apresentação geral para o grupo: foi feito uma roda e nesta roda cada pessoa ia se apresentando conforme a pergunta feita pelo entrevistador.
Dinâmica em grupo: foi feito uma divisão( escolhida por nós mesmo) e formamos equipes para participar de um tribunal, defendo um caso. Uma equipe seria do contra e outra seria a favor.
Prova sobre programação: prova geral com perguntas sobre banco de dados, Java e etc ...

I had the onsite interview without a phone screen. The company paid all the travel fees (flight, hotel, and taxi). There were 3 rounds of interviews. General behavior, technical question, and case interview. It went well, the interviewers were nice. No harsh questions.

Processo seletivo contém uma prova. Após aprovação existe uma dinâmica em grupo, para apresentação e resolução de um jogo elaborado pra verificar a capacidade lógica dos candidatos. Duas equipes separadas ,com informações que ajudariam uma a outra a resolver o enigma. Verifica-se a capacidade de enxergar perguntas ideias a serem feitas para resolver o problema proposto.
