the procees was very professional and organized. However, it was difficult to secure initial 1 on one due to busy schedule of executives. the execs were well rounded and with sufficient tenure but seemed rather pressed for hiring the right candidate or finding someone just in time. Nonetheless, seemed like a competent organization but ultimately too big and full of process.

3 rounds about one’s experience, quite relaxed and then a Kornferry ‘behaviours’ round and a HR interview. Good process and felt quite open - no technical questions and open about salary and role.
