Was sent a bunch of questions to be answered in SWOT format.
I.e Name your biggest achievement, how did you manage partners etc
Answered in alot of detail and did not receive any response.
Recruiter and Hiring Manager I met with were great but it did not work out. The process was timely and the recruiter was good at communicating via email throughout everything.

Lots of mini tasks and side questions but generally a screening interview, followed by a team interview, then one with the manager, then a challenge interview, and lastly a formal interview with a higher up, then the offer is made.

Easy interview process. 3 rounds. Recruiter, Hiring Manager & Canva Challenge (panel interview). Great communication from recruiter. One of the smoothest interview processes I've had. Felt very prepared coming into the challenge
