Virtual interview with the hiring manager on Microsoft teams. it was a 60 min interview. We discussed basics of CMOS, power consumption within the circuit, contributors to the power consumption etc.

Interview
Got an email from HR to schedule an interview with Hiring manager. Phone Interview with the hiring manager went very well. Asked detailed information about my background and Internship experience. No technical questions were asked. Onsite interview was scheduled after a month. It was for about 2 hours with 2 different interviewers. Interviewers asked me questions related to resume, background and experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cadence Design Systems (Cary, NC) in Jun 2015
Interview
Sent resume to a recruiter through Linkedin. He forwarded to the hiring manager immediately.
1 phone round with the director followed by an on-site interview the same week since it was an immediate opening.
