interview process begins with a Hirevue round, where candidates record responses to several pre-set questions. If successful, candidates move to a virtual interview lasting around 45 minutes, allowing for a deeper exploration of qualifications, experiences, and fit for the role. Following the virtual interview, Aetna will review all information and notify candidates of their final decision regarding the offer.

Just one round of interview, had a combination of both technical and behavioral questions. Interviewed by two panelists and had roughly around 8 behavioral questions and 3-4 technical questions about coverage and insurance. Took about 30 mins in total.
