It was an excellent process. They were all very professional. I have absolutely no complaints about the process. They offered discussions with existing staff which was beneficial to help make a decision for myself too.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CPI (Darlington, North East England, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
Fairly generic, average first and second stage interviews. One interviewer was senior and very impressive, the hiring manager less so. Process was standard and nothing about it stood out as being special or remarkable. Interview seemed to go well, and I was told CPI would be in touch within a week, a fortnight at most. Unfortunately I was then ghosted by CPI's HR team. To date, despite following up twice, six months post interview I'm still waiting for a response.
