System Design Interview, followed by Algo Interview (make sure to know your DSA) and followed by Panel with hiring manager and then technical presentation in front of a couple of engineers and managers. Overall was really great and everyone was really really nice.

Question 1
System Design question has to do with the type of challenges you would work on at the company
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at COINLIST in Aug 2024
Interview
It is actually a series of interviews, starting with introductions of both yourself and the company, over to discussing some part of your previous work and then to a few technical interviews.
All are designed to get to know you and determine how good a fit you are. In previous work interview, a specific thing was selected and I was given the opportunity to really dive deep and explain all the things I did or did not do or was prevented from doing. The more information the better. Good and bad stuff. The point was to see how deep I can go and how I deal with various aspects of work, technical / political / personal.
Technical interviews are not that hard. Architecture one was interesting. Was given a problem to work on that seemed simple in the beginning but with change of requirements (again, the idea is to see how I deal with change) it soon became quite nice scaling problem. Had a good time there!

Question 1
Describe how you deal with missing or incomplete requirements.
After my technical interview, my interviewer told me I'd hear back by end of week, start of the next week at the latest. I got completely ghosted.
Based on the other interview feedback, it seems ghosting is a common practice at this company. Huge red flag. Would not recommend the company based on the interviewing culture.
