The process was long. Multiple interviews. They have people from different teams interviewing. They put you where they think you will fit best. Be prepared to justify your answers. They will challenge your responses.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CMA CGM (Norfolk, VA) in May 2019
Interview
Met the hiring manager at a career fair and had an interview later that day. She to my information and later in the week called for an informal phone interview. Then scheduled 3 on site interview with recruiter, two lane managers and a VP.
