Pretty simple process. The first step is a phone screening and then you have several in person interviews with managers other employees, etc. They allow you to shadow a few of the people you would be working with to get a good idea of the job.

Interview
First is a phone screen just to get your info and they ask some basic questions. Than there's a face to face where they ask you question and give you a change to ask some interview.
