Poor , asked questions such as what did my husband do for a job and fired me non stop questions and some felt designed to demeane me.
Feedback was inaccurate and again poor , citing I had worked too much in licencing ??? and my CV reflected this. I have never worked selling licences. When asked about the project i was most proud of they fed back post interview that I didn't demonstrate how I technically sold it. Which felt off as this was an initial chat and a get to know each other situation I discussed my project and how I worked it to close but felt it wasn't appropriate to give essentially my ''recipe'' for getting this type of work to an employer in the level of detail they were asking as it is still a live project with my company.
The questions though around my husband were the most concerning it showed a lack in respect to a female candidate they would have never met my husband or needed to ,it felt very odd asking about him when I was the one interviewing for the job not my husband.
was totally put off as a female candidate by this it demonstrated a bad impression of the company.
