1st Round - Written test ( topic of your choice )
2nd - Assistance Manager ( AM will give you a brief idea what your role will be , if you are OK with Night shift ( as per process ) what task you need to perform
3rd - Manager ( They will try to understand why are you leaving your current organization , are you a quick learner etc )

Screening Interview and then aptitude assessments, 20 questions in 20 minutes as well as an psychometric assessments lasting about 15 minutes, all before you get considered by the hiring manager. Then face to face interviews with scenario based questions with 2 people.
