Phone interview followed by a one on one interview with an associate. Wasn't intimidating, as I prepared for most eventualities it was a bit of a formality. It lasted roughly about twenty to thirty five minutes

The process was 2-3 interviews. Every Interview got longer as time went on and you must expound upon what your skill set is. You must also give background on your real estate experience.

What are your aspirations for working for our company?
Very few steps, three interviews via zoom and phone call with the Recruiter and the Team Managers. It took about 1 month to have feedback about the process. Overall my experience was really good and I felt comfortable even though I was nervous.
