After applying I received an email a few days later requesting to setup a phone screen with a recruiter. It was a very typical conversation with the recruiter, with a few questions about my background and some behavioral ones as well. I was told by the recruiter that I would be setup for a Skype interview with a manager, and a few days later I spoke with a recruiting manager. This meeting was pretty informal and rather brief in my perspective, as he only asked a few questions about my background and some additional behavioral questions. All-in-all the interview lasted no longer than 25 minutes, and was very conversational. However, the interview was so brief it left me with a feeling of failure, as the lack of in-depth questioning had me feeling like the manager was not interested in continuing with me in the interview process. I was contacted a few days later by a recruiting coordinator to meet with a territory manager. This interview was another Skype meeting, which started promptly at the scheduled time. This interview was more in-depth, going over my qualifications more deeply than my previous 2 conversations. The interviewers questioning seemed a bit more structured but still had the conversational approach, with the meeting lasting closer to an hour. After the interview, I was contacted again to arrange travel for an in person meeting with additional members of leadership. These interviews lasted around 2 hours, and I spoke with 2 people in person and an additional 2 via video conference. Again, very conversational approach with some cultural fit questions, along with what if scenarios. I was left with a strong confidence, as my last interviewer was discussing how soon I could start and having me come back to AZ to attend a conference of leaders. I was informed 2 days later by the recruiter that they had decided to go with another applicant. My overall experience was enjoyable, and I am disappointed in not being selected but wish luck to the candidate chosen.
