I had an initial hiring manager interview and was moved forward to a GTM strategy assessment. Things moved pretty quickly after this (although we never reviewed my assessment during an interview which was confusing to me as it was a length assignment). I met with the hiring manager again and then had a series of 3 interviews. They had mentioned they were looking to hire quickly and all these interviews happened within a week of each other. I was then told I was being moved to the final round which was a reference check. In my experience, this usually means they're down to 1-2 candidates. My reference checks were completed and then I was ghosted. I was reached out to again by the hiring manager to let me know they had internal delays and would receive an answer soon. I was then ghosted again. I finally received an email from a new recruiter letting me know they were not planning on moving me forward and there would be no feedback. I found this process to be extremely frustrating. Ghosting candidates after not only asking for their time but also their reference's time is unprofessional. Additionally, it emphasized I was just another number in their interview pool after they refused to provide any feedback on my interviews. I would not recommend applying here.
