Group interview scheduled by their AI, but individual interviews after a wait. Was asked basic questions about background and experience. Was given an offer at the end of the interview.

Name a time when you worked with a difficult customer, and how you handled it.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
