Arduous and unreasonably lengthy. Many HR reps to sit with over multiple days. Meyers Briggs testing and evaluation. Psychological interview via telephone. In person interviews with various departmental heads and subordiantes.
Lengthy and thorough. Interviews with human resources recruiter and others in the human resources department, many team members and third party testing. The company human resources contact is good about following up with you throughout the process.
