First interview, met with owner to get insight on company. Second interview, they have one of their corporate trainers get on a more personal level and explain the position. After the second interview you sit back down with the owner to get feedback from employees. Very informative, very kind people.

You will be invited to the office somewhere in downtown and there are three stages of interview. Always ask for the base salary and they will start speaking about your future, that you will have your own office and etc.

It was so easy. There were two interviews. The first interview was with the CEO. The second interview was with one of their employees. They take everyone in... Even if you don't have a degree!!! That's a huge red flag!!!!
