Thank you for considering a position with us! Our apologies for any confusion regarding our wage, but our wage for this position was posted clearly at the top of the job posting. We are very upfront and straight forward about the wage offered for any of our positions, so perhaps the confusion came with the question of a "range." While it's possible we would consider higher wages than posted for someone with additional experience than what it asked, we generally post the rate we're looking to start out at to avoid wasting the time of those with different expectations.
